Brooke E. Bernhardt
Brooke Bernhardt is a founding partner of Bernhardt Phillips, LLP, and an experienced family law attorney. Prior to starting the firm, Brooke worked for a prominent family law firm in Indianapolis where she developed and refined her skills as a family law litigator and negotiator.
Known for her ability to efficiently and effectively resolve a wide array of family law issues, Brooke competently handles matters in Indianapolis and all over the State of Indiana. Regardless of where your case is in Indiana, Brooke will be able to represent you. Zachariah M. Phillips
Zach Phillips is one of the founding partners of Bernhardt Phillips, LLP and an experienced litigator whose passion and drive will make all the difference in your case. While attending law school, Zach worked at a local county prosecutor’s office where he developed his trial skills and built his knowledge of criminal law. Since that time Zach worked at several law firms, but spent the last six years working for a firm in Indianapolis handling a wide array of matters from family law and criminal defense to estates and personal injury matters. Zach represents clients throughout the State of Indiana believing that everyone is entitled to quality, competent legal representation for their most important matters.
Zach focuses his practice on resolving complex divorce, family law, criminal law and related matters. Many of Zach’s clients are dealing with multiple issues simultaneously including divorces, custody cases, protective orders, criminal cases, and even matters involving the Department of Child Services.
